| Back to school. |

Some last minute back-to-school purchases, which I got the past week + other random stuff.
     
1. Coach, Nine West, Betsey Johnson (from Stage).
2. MNG, Zara, Anna Sui (from Isetan).
3. Anna Sui gloss + mascara which I mentioned in this post.
4. Shugar manicure from some time back.
5. F1 tickets which I collected with GQ on Tuesday.
6. CHAN PEI MUI which GQ got from HK.
I'm still considering whether to reveal whatever's in those bags.. but yes, I got all those stuff plus the 3 F21 dresses+ clutch (awaiting delivery from my vpost address) in one week. Somebody ought to shoot me. Whatever happened to saving money? =X
Anyway, school officially started this week, but I only went back on er... one day. Not to mention, I skipped school yesterday to have lunch at Wild Rocket (it was goooood!!). Well, on the day I did bother to go, I had 3 core lectures back to back from 10am to 4pm. I was seriously trying very hard to listen and concentrate but it was utterly boring and sleep inducing!! I ended up watching Olympics gymnastics on Glenda's lappie.. LOL. I think the male gymnasts are hotter than swimmers! They look a lot better, have great complexion, and aren't overly muscular. I'm so going to catch tomorrow's gymnastics finals ;) Rooting for the Japanese, woohoo!! |

- GQ and I bought walk about tickets for the F1 race.
- I got all my 3 core mods- ST2132 Mathematical Statistics, ST2137 Computer Aided Data Analysis, MA2108 Mathematical Analysis I. I know, I know.. they sound horrid. But no choice, core mods.
- I'll most possibly have a 4 day week next sem.
- Met up with Mel on Saturday.
- Had Carl's Jr supper at the East Coast Drive Through last night with GQ.
- Meeting Huimin on Saturday + Vanna next week.

- I don't know anyone taking MA2108.
- I didn't get my season parking. This means I have to pay $0.0214 per min, which adds up to about $32 a week, $128 a month. OMG.
- GQ left for Hong Kong this morning.
- I read online that there's a category 8 typhoon there, and I'm worried.
- School officially starts next week!! :(((((((((
Okay, so I finally meet up with Mel last Saturday. We shopped around Parkway Parade for a while before I talked her into eating durian with me 'cos I hadn't eaten any since the durian season started. Only to discover my dad bought lots of durian when I got home at night, so well I've been having durian for breakfast, tea and supper. I know it's so fattening but I like!! Anyway, we bought from this stall at Marine Parade, $6 for one durian after discount. Not bad for the price, meat was very tasty. After which, we had subway at East Coast and then Mango+Durian ice desert at Plaza Sing. It was nice catching up with her after sooooo long. :)
      
Then on Sunday, I had to take professional family shots since my bro has graduated- damn, when will it be my turn?! Yeah, so my mum wanted to get her hair done and I decided to tag along. The salon boss was doing my mum's hair, so she got her ah tiong male staff to do mine. I seriously wonder how he got a job there without knowing how to use curling tongs properly. I asked for big, loose curls and I got disgusting tight curls instead. It's like Belle from Beauty and the Beast vs Goldilocks from Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

Get what I mean?! Anyway, I kicked up a fuss and the lady boss took over. She tried straightening the curls, and it wasn't so bad in the end.. but still not exactly what I wanted. So after this episode, I've decided I will not perm my hair!! Horrible perming experience, tsk.

Failed shots with the NUS mascot, Mr Lion!! My bro after he put on the robe thingy, clearer shots on my hair, cute shoes from The Shoe Loft, pictures of the photos taken with my hp. Hahaha, sorry I couldn't find my cam so I can't take clearer ones. I look tall 'cos the photographer gave me a block to stand on :D I was soooo not used to having a fringe, and my bro kept swinging that long thing on his hat to hit me whenever I laughed at him. LOL.
I hope my BB is fine in Hong Kong and I can't wait for him to be back on Sunday! :) |
